Ability to speak and write well in English needed.

If you are detail-oriented, like working 1-1 with clients, are dependable, honest, nurturing, and fun-loving you are just the right person. Job types available: part-time

We have ongoing relevant educational training modules to help you grow in your knowledge while you work.

**Requirements**:

- Smartphone savvy for use during shifts to clock in and out and do visit notes.
- Complete a criminal record check.
- Consistent job performance & attendance our clients can rely on.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanour and respectful attitude.
- Ability to perform basic housekeeping + meal prep tasks.
- Home support worker certification preferred (but not necessary).
- Flexible availability.
- Previous caregiving and or elder care experience.
- 2+ personal references.
- WE **DO NOT** HIRE INDIVIDUALS FROM OVERSEAS.

**Caregiver Tasks Include**:

- Meal prep + planning.
- Housekeeping (including laundry).
- Personal care + hygiene.
- Medication routines.
- Transport to appointments and errands, not all clients need this.
- Dementia care.
- Quality time + companionship.
- Assistance with client pets (dogs + cats), if needed.
- Overnight care.
- Shifts range from morning, afternoon, evening and overnight.

**Job Type**:Part-time

**Part-time hours**:2-20 per week

**Salary**:$20-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Dental care

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Chilliwack, BC: must be able to bus or drive to your shifts
