The Office Coordinator plays an important role in our ALL-STAR Team. As a first point of contact for our customers, our office team coordinates their services for them. They determine the “what, when, where, how, and who” for every request that comes into the company. The Office Coordinator is responsible to make sure that all happens seamlessly.

**The General Duties of the Job**:

- Overseeing general office operation.
- Schedule service calls, quotes, and other customer requirements.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Customer account collection.
- Daily input of customer and crew data.
- Preparation of miscellaneous paperwork and advertising materials.
- Bank deposits. Petty Cash Management.
- Assist various Managers and Departments with administrative tasks (reports, documentation, budget tracking).

**Skills We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Searching)
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Office administration experience.
- Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience working in a service delivery company.
- Education or Experience in the Landscaping or Irrigation Industry.

**Hiring Process**:
