Veterinary Receptionist

If so, we would love to hear from you Innisfil Veterinary Hospital is looking for an established veterinary receptionist to add to our team of compassionate professionals who aim to provide high-quality veterinary care.

Our CSRs are vital members of our hospital team, working closely with and supporting our Veterinary Assistants, Veterinary Technicians, and Veterinarians by providing excellent client services and maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the veterinary hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting Clients
- Phone Etiquette
- Front Desk Duties
- Computer Knowledge
- Financial Transactions

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience with Avimark veterinary software is an asset.

**Schedule**:

- We are open Monday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm & Saturday 9 am - 1 pm.
- No on call or after hour emergency duties are required
