Client Development Manager

Responsibilities for Client Development Manager
- Support all additional efforts to champion client solicitation, education, and satisfaction within our marketing area
- Run all reports for monthly Key Performance Indicators and perform additional analysis on client satisfaction measurements, as needed
- Track and analyze ROI for major selling events working with the team to gather all data points
- Responsible for communications related to CRM & Client attraction
- Manage and implement updates to our process as needed
- Gather success stories and best practices to share within our social media platform and potential clientele
- Lead the development of sales proposals
- Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements of market opportunities
- Identify and Align with Company values

Qualifications for Client Development Manager
- Must be highly organized and possess professional comportment and demeanor at all times
- A strong understanding of residential construction, building permit process and regulatory (conservation) process
- A strong understanding of construction business process and operations, especially in the fields of residential custom construction and luxury design build
- Must have strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- High degree of competency using MS-Office and other relative software

**Salary**: Commission with the potential to earn CA$80,000 - CA$120,000 per year.
