**Position Overview**

You'll be in charge of creating, implementing, and managing various learning and development programs to help our employees grow professionally. You'll report directly to our Human Resources Manager and collaborate with our Talent Manager to align our learning strategies with our Performance Management Process, learning strategies and our company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Learning Program Design and Development**:
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and instructor-led training sessions.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- **Training Delivery and Facilitation**:
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Deliver training programs on leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and people skills.
- **Performance, Management, and Evaluation of the L&D programs**:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Continuously analyze the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and recommend improvements accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure continuous program enhancement.
- **Learning Management System (LMS) Administration**:

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's Learning Management System.
- Manage user accounts, course assignments, and training records in the LMS.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees regarding the LMS.
- **Collaboration and Relationship Building**:

- Collaborate with the Talent Manager to identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans.
- Partner with department heads and team leaders to identify and address specific training needs within their respective teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers to source and coordinate relevant learning opportunities.
- **Additional responsibilities,** including access to confidential information, include:
- May have administrative access to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which includes confidential information and the necessity for input accurate information.
- You will have access to and maintain the confidentiality of performance information and personnel development plans.
- Responsible for creating a safe and welcoming learning environment.
- Create and maintain the company’s learning and development processes and records.
- Access to the People & Culture’s team credit card and responsible for ensuring receipts are kept and tracked in a timely manner, as well as keeping the credit card information safe.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Education/Knowledge/Experience:_
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methods.
- Familiarity with different training methods like online courses, in-person training, and a mix of both.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems and other training tools
