Front Desk Receptionist

Major Refrigeration Ltd. was established in 2012 by two HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanics and based out of Grimsby, Ontario. The company consists of more than 120 employees, and continues to grow.
- **Role and Responsibilities**:
- Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system, document calls and provide excellent customer service
- Review service calls on customer website and document calls
- Prioritize and organize service calls according to urgency
- Review weekly employee timesheets for accuracy using work orders and GPS system to verify hours and details
- Assist with company uniforms and inventory, as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Administrative or Dispatcher position
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and ability to multi task with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:30am - 5:00pm
