**You have**:

- Post-secondary education in Health & Safety
- NCSO designation an asset
- Extensive experience in conducting incident and accident investigations
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and facilitate training programs including onboarding, annual retraining, certification programs etc.
- Strong computer and systems experience including Microsoft Office Suite, learning management systems, etc.
- Full Class G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**As a Group Director, Health & Safety, you will**:

- Act as the primary contact for local and regional agencies on health and safety matters.
- Provide health and safety leadership and guidance to all businesses within the Group.
- Develop, execute, and oversee Ramudden Canada’s safety programs.
- Audit and assess OHSMS programs and procedures, develop and execute improvements.
- Conduct safety audits on worksites and in facilities across Ramudden Canada’s businesses, and provide direction, coaching, and support for any corrective actions necessary.
- Oversee safety incident investigations to determine root cause and establish corrective actions with the support of the Operations teams.
- Oversee WSIB claims management
- Prepare reports, maintain safety records and documentation, and produce statistical reports on performance and trends.
- Develop, organize, and facilitate in-house employee training session
- Maintain all third-party auditing systems to ensure compliance for the applicable business unit.
- Support a Multi
- Site JHSC to identify and resolve safety issues on a prioritized proactive basis, promoting consistency and safety excellence in Group operations.
- Encourage and promote a safe work culture with a positive attitude
