**Objectifs de votre stage**:
Rattaché au Responsable de la Procurement Maturity roadmap de la région et du domaine, de la transformation des achats et de l'efficacité des processus, vos principaux objectifs seront:

- Prendre en charge le suivi de l'efficacité des achats en fournissant des KPI précis et une analyse de données appropriée
- S'assurer que les processus standards et les usages des outils sont connus et correctement appliqués.
- Surveiller les principales lacunes par rapport à la norme avec la liste des problèmes ouverts et le plan d'action partagé
- Identifier et challenger les besoins métiers à intégrer dans la roadmap d'amélioration continue
- Contribuer à l'amélioration du référentiel APSYS en fournissant des retours et une analyse des écarts

**Vos missions**:
**SOUTIEN AUX OPÉRATIONS**
- Participer à la réunion de gestion des achats locaux et au tableau de bord
- Assister la direction des achats dans la gestion de la performance en fournissant des KPI précis et en mettant en œuvre une analyse de données appropriée
- Assurer que les besoins locaux en matière de performance des achats sont couverts et traités correctement par le biais d'un plan d'action ou d'une résolution de problèmes
- Contribuer fortement au plan de simplification de l'efficacité des achats en déployant une méthode de travail standard commune (WoW) au sein de la région
- Participer activement aux initiatives de la région Achats sous la direction du directeur régional T&E
- Peut être nommé Key User ou recevoir des missions spécifiques par son responsable direct ou fonctionnel.
- S'assurer que les processus standards sont connus et appliqués dans son domaine en mettant en place la communication, les sondages et le Retour d'Expérience (REX)
- En charge du déploiement des nouveaux processus dans son domaine, ainsi que des routines de gestion standard
- Éditer et présenter le Tableau de bord Achats Mensuel et suivre le plan d'actions associé

**PERFORMANCES D'ACHAT**

Interagir avec l'expert ASIP (Gestion des Savings) chaque fois que nécessaire pour assurer la cohérence entre le plan d'action et l’outil ASIP
- Sécuriser le suivi du plan d'action et de la résolution des problèmes
- Assurer l'alignement avec la stratégie d'Alstom, la cohérence avec la feuille de route de maturité des achats et la bonne intégration dans les processus de bout en bout d'Alstom
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les KPI appropriés pour surveiller la performance des achats
- Formaliser les exigences métier auprès de l'équipe d'experts BPO centrale par rapport aux nouveaux besoins
- Responsable de la qualité des données de base des achats locaux et de leur mise à jour régulière
- S'assurer du bon niveau d'utilisation des outils Achats
- Gérer le plan d'actions requis pour améliorer le taux d'utilisation de la performance des processus et outils Achats
- Contribuer et conduire la conduite du changement suite au déploiement du projet d'outils (ERP SAP/GSI par exemple) dans les domaines Achats supportant le BPO (Business Process Owner) Achats

**APSYS et autres audits**
- Impliqué dans les audits APSYS dans son domaine (préparation, auto-évaluations, audit) en vue de soutenir et de suivre les plans d'action locaux avec un accent particulier sur la fermeture des non-conformités majeures.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration du référentiel APSYS en fournissant un retour d'information et une analyse des écarts à l'expert APSYS
- Promouvoir le Code d'éthique d'Alstom et adhérer aux plus hauts standards de conduite éthique.

**Votre profil**:

- Etudiant en baccalauréat en ingénierie industrielle, gestion des opérations, logistique, business administration,
- Une premiere expérience de stage dans le domaine des achats, de la logistique ou de la gestion de projet est un plus,
- Vous êtes orienté améloiration continue,
- Vous maitrisez le pack office,
- Vous avez une bonne communication et un bon realtionnel.
