**Full Job Description**

the primary responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator is to coordinate and support the companies automotive deliveries throughout BC, and transportation activities. Your key functions will include facilitating the delivery of sold vehicles to clients from the units location to the clients front door, quick communication, delivery details, ensuring drivers expenses are tracked, organized and then submitted to accounting. Planning efficient and timely deliveries and ensuring drivers clearly understand their deliveries the day before. Taking full responsibility for the post sale process management and communication with external customers through our CRM platform.

**A day in the life**:

- Responsible for the coordination of deliveries and documentation of customer accounts including inventory, insurance and registration documents, scheduling drives, communicating with customers, sales force, and booking vehicles in for service for past clients.
- Review and reconcile inbound and outbound activity
- Ensure the daily execution of actions in concert with the daily plan and that subsequent paperwork is processed timely and accurately.
- Ensure customer’s are happy and satisfied with our service and handle customer concerns and inquiries.
- Provide support to team when required.
- Communicating with companies, sales managers, when outsourcing inventory and scheduling pick ups in a timely fashion.
- Keeping trackers organized and providing daily updates to supervisors.
- Sending daily updates to clients, sales team.

Collect, maintain, analyze production data, and prepare reports as needed
- Minimize expenses on deliveries
- Ensure the Company’s quality, production, and proffessional image is always kept in mind
- Managing a team of deivery drivers

**You have**:

- Strong proficiency with Google work space
- Management Experience
- Logistcs Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
- Ability to take initiative and innovate
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt
- Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effcient with a computer

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Schedule**:

- 8-10 hour shift M-F
- 8 Saturday
