- Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient routes and timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and AS400 software to track shipments and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from drivers and customers
- Assist with data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize transportation processes
- Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns that arise

- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in a 3PL or freight environment
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and AS400 software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Understanding of supply chain operations
- Experience with SyteLine software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
