JOB PROFILE - Event Coordinator / Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Event Manager

ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager, second in command in department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

MEASUREMENT:

- Is fully trained on Event Manager’s role and responsibilities
- Able to take on Event Manager’s role due to illness or vacation
- Understands and practices all booking procedures
- Fully understands and follows all sales procedures

RENUMERATION
- Hourly wage
- Shares in event gratuities

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)

Work Location: In person
