**Required experience and skills**:
v 1 to 3 years of experience in administration activities

v Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc

v Service-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented.

**Main duties**:

- Reception Service: Responsible for the registration, reception, and service of visitors;
- Travel Management: Responsible for booking air tickets, hotels, insurance, taxis, and other travel services for employees; responsible for handling visas for employees traveling abroad;
- Costs Management: Responsible for collecting and analyzing administrative expenses to ensure reasonable spending;
- Environmental Management: Responsible for inspecting,supervising,and maintaining the environmental hygiene of the company;
- Space Management: Responsible for office rentals,expansions,relocations,and renovations;
- Administrative Purchasing: Responsible for purchasing various administrative-related materials and managing their inventory and outbound/inbound processes;
- Fixed Assets Management: Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets, including inventory, outbound, sale, reuse, scrap, disposal,and inventory counting;
- Activities Organization: Responsible for organizing the activities,including but not limited to monthly activities, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations,and daily team building events;
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Responsible for inspecting, reporting, and maintaining the status of office equipment and facilities to ensure their normal operation;
- Cross-departmental Cooperation: Responsible for providing necessary administrative support and services to other departments;
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the leadership.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
