**About Us**:
Prio Auto Sales is one of the leading car dealerships in Canada, known for nationwide vehicle deliveries and our dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the car dealership, including administrative tasks and customer service as needed in our dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle business-related communications, both internal and external, including speaking with other business owners and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO as needed.
- Perform personal errands and tasks for the CEO, such as ordering supplies and managing household needs.
- Provide support with special projects and initiatives, both within the dealership and other businesses owned by the CEO.
- Utilize graphic design, web development, web design, social media, and digital marketing skills to support the CEO's various ventures.
- High computer skills are a must for this role.
- Assist in expanding and growing other businesses owned by the CEO.
- Some tasks may need to be completed from home outside of regular business hours.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks for the CEO as needed, which could include duties related to the dealership or outside of the dealership.
- Monitor employees from time to time, including tracking performance through our CRM software and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in graphic design, web development, web design, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Well-spoken, confident, and able to represent the CEO professionally.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
