IT Integration Project Manager

The IT Integration Project Manager is responsible for leading various integration, development and support projects related to StandardAero businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extensive interaction with both internal and external resources to understand existing business processes, identifying process gaps, re-designing processes to close those gaps, and managing change.
- Determine and coordinate project lifecycle. This includes: defining the project scope, determining the resources required, estimating project costs, building the project schedule, assigning tasks, scope control, project communications, implementation, and the turnover to production support.
- Assess impacts to the project and develop the most cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Maintain project financial costs and budget
- Determine the root cause of problems, formulate and present viable solutions to internal customers, leaders, and project teams, and ensure the project is successfully completed
- Project management, process analysis, systems analysis, and design specification activities across the StandardAero ecosystem.
- Effective management, monitoring and communication of project deliverables, milestones and risks
- Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings. This includes but is not limited to: project kick-offs, team progress updates, and status reports to sponsors and executives.
- Track metrics to establish project benefits realization and assist in project closure
- Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity through all phases of the project management lifecycle

**Position Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of Project Management experience working in a complex, fast paced environment
- Strong business analysis and change management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the use of project management software to develop plans, monitor progress and issues, identify risks, and recalibrate for project recovery when necessary
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working within a variety of project management methodologies (e.g.: Waterfall, Agile)
- Post-secondary degree, certificate, or equivalent education and experience in computer science and/or information technology
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 15-20%)

**Preferred Characteristics**:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
- Excellent client service experience & stakeholder management
- Experience implementing ERP systems or managing other types of IT projects
- Experience with data analytics and the ability to build, monitor, and evaluate metrics related to project performance
- Experience in the Aerospace/MRO industry is considered an asset
