The Manager of Strategic Projects works directly with the leadership team of Hill and Levene Schools of Business to develop and oversee strategic projects that help us fulfill our mission. Reporting to the Faculty Administrator and closely collaborating with the Dean and Associate Deans, your primary responsibility is to ensure Hill and Levene Schools of Business progress sufficiently on our strategic plan and to accurately document and communicate the progress achieved.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Oversee Hill and Levene Schools of Business planning and execution of strategic initiatives**:

- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying goals, objectives, and policies, as required by the Dean.
- Manage strategic projects sub-units to establish, document, and report on microplans.
- Support leadership team in developing and documenting a risk management plan.

**Lead the Strategic Planning and Annual Reporting process**:

- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for tracking strategic plan progress.
- Work with various stakeholder groups, both internal and external, to collect feedback on strategic initiatives and to inform future initiatives.
- Identify appropriate metrics and data collection methods; provide interpretation of results and improvement recommendations.
- Conduct data-driven analytical reviews to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

**Oversee, manage, and enhance Hill and Levene’s portfolio of accreditations and professional partnerships**:

- Ensure Hill and Levene’s strategic priorities are informed by accreditation standards, including Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and identify areas of improvement.
- Lead on managing a portfolio of partnerships with professional associations
- Lead on establishing and maintaining databases and interpret and visualize data
- Serve as the knowledge lead on all accreditations and partnerships

**Manage additional strategic projects assigned by the Dean or Associate Deans of Hill and Levene**:

- Serve as lead on additional strategic projects as identified by the Dean or Associate Deans.
- Identify appropriate metrics and the best method of collecting data; provide interpretation of the collected data and recommendations for metric or collection improvements.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals and identifies when progress towards strategic goals is ahead or behind schedule with recommendations to resume timely completion of strategic goals.

Position Requirements

**What You’ll Bring to this Position**:

- University degree in Business required. Major in accounting, finance, data analytics, or project management preferred.
- Possession of professional designation such as a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or PMP (Project Management Professional) would be considered an asset.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in some combination of strategic planning, analysis and report writing; project management; data collection and analysis; or financial budgeting and modelling. Combination of education and experience may be considered.
