- Our Customer Experience team counts 6 members, including a team manager, to whom you will report. We are part of the Supply Chain team, so you will have the opportunity to understand your critical role in providing medicines to our patients and customers.
- In addition, following the implementation of an order automation tool, we are in the process of reviewing our customer communication and our internal processes to optimize our ways of doing things. Your input will allow us to improve our vision.

- Student tasks:

- We are hiring a Customer Experience Professional who wants to provide the best experience to our external and internal customers. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to "roll up their sleeves", enjoys building lasting relationships with clients, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. You must empathize with customer concerns and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards them at all times.
- As an Intern, Customer Experience, you will interact daily with pharmacists, patients and wholesalers, as well as our sales team in the divisions responsible for generic drugs in retail, corporate accounts, hospital establishments, care and biosimilars on product and supply issues.- You will be a key contact for our customers, supporting them in particular at the level of order taking, in addition to responding to their concerns concerning, among other things, the status of their orders and the availability of our products;
- You will offer assistance to our sales representatives in order to support them in the various commercial initiatives requiring support from the supply chain team;
- You will coordinate actions in the event of a stock shortage with your colleagues from the various departments and customers, to ensure optimal deployment of stocks;
- You will be called upon to contribute to the transformation of our team, via the digitalization project of the customer experience, by supporting the project team in the various stages of adoption and training.

**Minimum requirements**
- You have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, in French and in English;
- You have a good team spirit and are comfortable managing several priorities at the same time;
- You are curious and ask the right questions in order to quickly solve the problems that are brought to you;
- You are autonomous and results-oriented;
- Experience working in customer service will be considered an asset.
