We are looking for an Analyst, Strategic Planning for the Global Marketing & Communications Group (GM&C). The Analyst will report to the Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Operations, and will be tasked with supporting the strategic planning process, overseeing key meetings, and preparing strategic presentations for the Chief Marketing Officer.

As part of our Global Marketing & Communications (GM&C) team, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to influence the globalization of marketing and communications at BRP, operating in a fast-paced environment and interacting with marketing functions across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Working closely with BRP leaders, regional teams and other marketing experts, your role is to support the Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Operations, in leading and optimizing BRP’s GM&C strategic planning process and governance to ensure global consistency and alignment across the brands and marketing operations across the globe.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
**Strategic planning**:
Project lead the GM&C yearly strategic planning process with key internal stakeholders.

Play a key role and be involved in the GM&C budgeting planning process.

Contribute to the development of the long-term roadmap, strategy and priorities for GM&C.

Act as a “gatekeeper” of GM&C’s strategic priorities, facilitating prioritization of initiatives and ensuring focus on key priorities and measurement.

Liaise with other strategic planners across the organization.

**Presentations & Business Updates to Senior Management**:
Prepare impactful quarterly business updates and other ad hoc presentations, consolidating input from various GM&C business units.

Prepare GM&C Board presentation planning and delivery.

Develop GM&C CMOs strategic presentations with compelling storytelling.

Working with regions and the global support functions, ensure presentations’ accuracy and consistency (content & format).

**Marketing Operations**:
Support with the management of the key GM&C meetings (GM&C leadership committee, CEO updates, etc.).

Facilitate GM&C representation in different business unit meetings.

Represent the Global Marketing and Communications group at key touchpoints with other functions at BRP.

In collaboration with finance, optimize forecasting process and tracking across the brands.

Support with the management of the GM&C yearly calendar.

Support & collaborate with the Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Operations on other projects and business priorities, as needed.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, project management or related field and/or equivalent experience.
2 to 3 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business strategy, operations management or consulting roles.
Exceptional storytelling skills and creativity, with a talent to make beautiful presentations; you possess a strong expertise/experience in building executive presentations.
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to various audiences.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Excellent project management & analytical skills with the ability to collect, synthesize and interpret data.
Strong team player, with a positive attitude, empathy and respect.
Ability to prioritize and focus on the critical issues.
High degree of ownership, self-initiative and follow through.
Organized, pragmatic and results oriented.
Strong proficiency in French and English.
Proficiency in the Google Suite (Google Slides, Sheets) & MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
