**Qualifications and Job description**:

- Review shop drawing packages and coordinate with clients and vendors
- Set up project budgets in the project management system (Knowify)
- Tender out packages to vendors and review pricing with the PM
- Organize and coordinate shipments/material take-offs with the Foreman and PM
- Send POs to vendors
- Track budgets and review with PM
- Must have a minimum 2 years experience as a project coordinator in the construction industry or must have a minimum 3 years supervisory experience in construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings would be an asset
- Knowledge of [Electrical] construction methods, materials, and regulations would be an asset
- Problem-solving and meticulous decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in understanding timelines for projects, deadlines, and prioritizing tasks
- Willingness to learn and understand sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference.
- Ability to take direction from a project managers and be respectful of their knowledge and expertise
- CSTS
- Experience primarily
- A Masters Degree would be an asset
- A Red Seal would be an asset

Pay**:$55,000 - 65,000 annually**

Expected hours: 40 per week
