Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Buildforth Construction Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones to meet project deadlines
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality work
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
  • Prepare reports to communicate project progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project coordination
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
  • Team player with ability to work under pressure
  • Values and ethics aligned with Buildforth Construction Corp.'s mission
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English. This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, making it a green job.
