Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Buildforth Construction Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Prepare reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is office-based, with occasional site visits.

The primary language of communication is English.
