**Job Summary**
This position enters data for shipments. They communicate effectively, solves intermediate level problems, assists with basic research, and demonstrates time management skills. This position performs various other tasks as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs general office duties (e.g., answers telephone, completes data entry, filing, etc.).
- Prepares reports using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to utilize interpersonal skills across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Must able and comfortable going into the warehouse to locate packages as necessary.

**Compensation**:

- $15.55 / per hour to start
- Paid on a weekly basis - every Friday.
- Guaranteed wage progression through Collective Agreement

**Shift**:

- ** Sunday - start time 12pm**:

- ** Tuesday - Friday start time 11:30 pm **(5 days a week)
