**Position Description**:
The Paint Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and cleaning
of the manual, auto and assembly paint line systems to ensure efficient operation of the
equipment.
- Operate the paint line and finish units on the Minipad transformer production line.
- Performs general maintenance of equipment as required.
- Conducts daily cleaning of each line according to preventative maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoots equipment concerns and reports concerns to the OEE department for
resolution.
- Logs preventative maintenance conducted.
- Carries out other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Communication skills - The Paint Maintenance Technician is responsible for
communicating equipment repairs, documenting and tracking of preventative
maintenance activities.
- Time management - The Paint Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing
their time effectively to ensure preventative maintenance is maintained.
- Problem-solving skills - As the Paint Maintenance Technician works independently, they
must be solution driven so that they can troubleshoot and correct issues on the line.
- Documenting/Recording Information — The Materials Control Coordinator will be
required to maintain clear and accurate record. They manage various pieces of
information and are responsible for entering, recording, or maintaining information.
- Handling and Moving Objects — The Paint Maintenance Technician must have the ability
to operate equipment as required.
- High Attention to detail - The need for precision work is high. The Paint Maintenance
Technician must ensure that preventative maintenance is conducted in accordance with
the schedule.

**Shift Schedule**:
Regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm (overtime is scheduled on Fridays)
Shift change requirements may be necessary, depending on the needs of the business.
