- Déterminer le type de service dont les demandeurs ont besoin
- Effectuer des relevés d'empreintes digitales électroniques et/ou à l'encre et au rouleau en fonction de la nature de la demande et des exigences législatives provinciales ou fédérales (par exemple, citoyenneté, résidence permanente, emploi, immigration, dérogations américaines, etc.)
- Veiller à ce que les empreintes digitales numérisées ainsi que les détails de la demande soient formatés dans un paquet électronique standardisé et envoyés au serveur IDEMIA pour transmission au Système canadien d'information criminelle en temps réel (SCICTR) de la GRC dans les délais impartis.
- S'assurer que les formulaires/cartes d'empreintes digitales encrées sont correctement remplis à l'aide du logiciel disponible et que les empreintes digitales sont correctement placées sur le formulaire/la carte, selon les besoins.
- Renvoyer les empreintes digitales encrées au client en lui indiquant où les envoyer, le cas échéant.
- Vérifier l'identité du client conformément à la politique de la GRC et s'assurer que les documents d'identité présentés sont authentiques.
- Réaliser avec succès et précision les processus de saisie des données biométriques et des documents requis pour chaque client.
- Démontrer une compréhension des procédures appropriées pour la prise d'empreintes digitales et/ou l'enrôlement des demandeurs conformément à de multiples normes commerciales, provinciales et/ou fédérales.
- Organiser des sessions d'inscription mobiles, selon les besoins, sur les différents sites des clients.
- Maintenir une connaissance actualisée des règles et réglementations, des politiques et procédures et des statuts régissant la sécurité et la confidentialité des informations enregistrées afin de traiter et de gérer les informations de manière précise et appropriée.
- Se tenir au courant des modifications apportées aux exigences législatives (nationales et étrangères).
- valider les informations saisies dans diverses bases de données - corriger les erreurs de saisie afin de préserver la qualité et l'intégrité des informations
- Assurer le suivi des demandeurs lorsque les résultats des services de police sont reçus, le cas échéant.
- fournir un service de qualité supérieure à tous les clients - répondre aux demandes au guichet et par téléphone, évaluer les besoins des clients, poser les questions appropriées, offrir des conseils avisés, une orientation et une expertise aux clients en ce qui concerne les documents requis pour que la demande soit remplie avec succès et dans les délais, et veiller à ce que toutes les questions/problèmes soient identifiés et résolus de manière satisfaisante
- Percevoir les frais de traitement, émettre des reçus et effectuer les dépôts quotidiens en espèces.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe afin d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre les possibilités d'amélioration des processus.
- Représenter l'entreprise de manière crédible et positive - veiller à ce que le bureau soit accueillant pour les clients et reflète le professionnalisme et l'efficacité.
- Se rendre chez les clients pour effectuer des relevés d'empreintes digitales et des services d'identification mobiles, le cas échéant.
- Effectuer la maintenance de base et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'équipement de dactyloscopie, y compris le matériel et les logiciels.
- Respecter toutes les politiques de l'entreprise, en particulier les exigences relatives à la sécurité et à la confidentialité des informations.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la gestion du temps, les horaires de travail, les rapports d'activité quotidiens, l'inventaire et la demande de fournitures.
