Tenaxx Group is an Asset based 3PL operating across North America with a strong presence in South Western Ontario, Canada. With 40+ trucks and over 80+ trailers, we work in conjunction with our Brokerage and Warehousing/Distribution teams. Our warehouses are specialized for Food grade products, which constitute 95% of our daily operations.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Manager at Tenaxx Group in Brantford, ON. The Manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, warehouse management, and ensuring efficient customer service.

**Qualifications**
- **Supervisory and Operations Management skills**:

- **Experience and knowledge of WMS.**:

- **2 years experience in the same field is preferred.**:

- **Forklift Counter balance operations recommended.**:

- Inventory Control and Warehouse Management expertise
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory control initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations

**Experience**
Required: 2 YEARS PREFFERED
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment

Nice-to-have:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Certification in Warehouse Management

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
