**About The Program**:
With the opportunity to join the Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program, you will complete two years of technical and leadership training at an Owens Corning manufacturing plant. You will be mentored by experienced maintenance and engineering professionals during this time. You will be challenged by the various leadership opportunities found in a manufacturing environment such as:

- Safety leadership
- Project engineering
- Reliability processes
- Maintenance planning activities
- Supervisory leadership
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Total Productive Maintenance methodologies

In addition, you will be expected to develop the following skills necessary to be an effective manufacturing leader:

- Creativity
- Customer driven
- Analytics & data based decision making
- Works effectively and cooperatively with others
- Elevates performance of self and others
- Inspirational leadership

After completing your training in the Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program, you will be assigned to a full-time position as a maintenance supervisor/leader and placement at a North American manufacturing plant is expected, after graduation.

**What We’re Looking For**:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school
- Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations

Willingness and flexibility to relocate.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
