**Sales Administration Specialist**:

- 1 Full-Time Permanent Position located in Edmonton, Alberta_

We are looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to join us in our pursuit to provide our customers with the highest quality products and world-class support.

**What You’ll Work On**
The Sales Administration Specialist position is responsible for receiving and processing customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing, and evaluating and solving customer order and purchasing problems. You will develop an understanding of general product information, verify shipping requirements, warranty information, payment terms, and relevant terms and conditions. In addition, you will develop an understanding of purchase contracts and both the methods and terminology used in shipping services. This position fulfills departmental roles in delivering documented, on-time, and accurate customer orders. This role coordinates with sales, shipping services, purchasing, production, and others in the order fulfillment processes. The nature of our evolving business may also expand responsibilities in other aspects of operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Completion of a high school diploma.
- Post-secondary education in a related field (examples: Business, Administration, Marketing, etc.) is an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in customer service, order processing, etc.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Conversationally bi-lingual in English and French is an asset.
- Experience with ERP software, import and export governance and basic credit and banking terms is an asset.
