**What You'll Do**:
We're looking for an **Account Executive** to join our team in **Toronto**
You will take on the role of a Account Executive on our Sales team. This seller will partner with agencies and advertisers on our end-to-end technology platform. This includes managed service media and premium supply via 3rd party DSPs. Our solutions allow advertisers to reach the most relevant consumers with precision using a greater breadth and depth of audience data assets
**Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are;**
- Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
- Cultivate and nurture connections with marketing agencies and brands
- Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
- Collaborate with Nexxen teams
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Recognize media/business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
- Effectively communicate and educate clients on Nexxen's distinct and unparalleled value proposition
**What will I bring?**
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling programmatic media and managed services to ad agencies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Understanding of the adtech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMPs and the role they play
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of clients
- Eagerness to establish key relationships with decision-makers at brands and advertising agencies across Canada
- Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle
- Strong, motivated, fun team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
- Confidence in negotiation skills
- Add value to the fun, professional, support oriented Nexxen team culture
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events, ensuring strong client relationships and successful campaign execution.
