Montana's (Dartmouth) - Host

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Help ensure a smooth flow of guests in the dining area

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Phone etiquette skills are essential
