**Overview**: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality setting. **Duties**: - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area - Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations **Skills**: - Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred - Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and reservation management - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong customer service and guest services orientation - Knowledge of food service procedures and willingness to help wherever needed If you have a passion for delivering top-notch service in a dynamic restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
