**Position Summary... **:To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
**What you'll do...**:
1. Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
2. Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
3. Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
4. Complete PA Announcement for customers.
5. Communicate customer's questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
6. Communicates any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.
