**Job Brief**:
This position is accountable to provide the highest levels of internal and external customer support. This encompasses accurate order taking, invoicing, inventory movements / counts and processing purchase order requisitions and other related tasks.

**Responsabilités**

En tant que spécialiste du soutien aux opérations commerciales, vous soutiendrez l'équipe en analysant et en répondant de manière professionnelle aux demandes des clients internes et externes, et en aidant à extraire les rapports connexes. Ce poste nécessitera une compréhension de la hiérarchie et du flux de travail des entreprises et la communication est un aspect essentiel et continu du poste. D'autres tâches comprendront:

- Communiquer avec les sites opérationnels pour coordonner les livraisons.
- Coordonner la gestion des stocks de produits et tous les mouvements de produits.
- Agir en tant que liaison entre le client et les opérations, gérer les situations de haute pression.
- Assurez-vous que les livraisons aux clients incluent toutes les modifications contractuelles et sont facturées en temps opportun, afin de maximiser les flux de trésorerie et de soulager les stocks dans SAP.
- Analyser et répondre de manière professionnelle aux demandes des clients et fournir une assistance pour l'extraction des rapports connexes, le cas échéant.
- Avoir une compréhension de base des autres domaines de l'entreprise et de l'impact que chaque domaine a les uns sur les autres.
- Comprendre et maintenir les profils des clients pour refléter le contrat du ou des clients.
- Connaissance des produits directement liée aux besoins des clients.
- Maximisez les flux de trésorerie grâce à la facturation en temps opportun des comptes clients.
- Coordonner et réserver les voyages des employés et traiter les remboursements de dépenses
- Aidez les sites avec les réceptions de marchandises, les problèmes, les bons de commande ouverts et les transferts pour des données SAP précises.
- Aider à contribuer / générer des rapports** **de fin de mois.

**Ce que nous recherchons**
- Baccalauréat/diplôme collégial ou expérience équivalente.
- 2+ années d'expérience avec un logiciel ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) de préférence. Expérience SAP fortement appréciée.
- Connaissances informatiques dans les produits Microsoft Office, y compris Excel, Word et Power Point.
- Capacité à se conformer à toutes les réglementations et lois fiscales gouvernementales conformément aux politiques de facturation.
