**Commercial Lines Insurance Service Broker**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Producers to manage Commercial Lines portfolio including answering client queries and communicating with Insurance companies
- Organize, navigate, and update client files in Broker Management System (Applied Epic)
- Process and transact new business, endorsements, and renewals.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance, auto liability slips, and binders in a timely manner
- Manage the administration of third party premium finance contracts
- Identify and act on Cross/Up Selling opportunities
- Send New Business submissions to Market

**Attributes of Commercial Lines Insurance Service Broker**:

- RIBO Licence required with minimum 3 years commercial insurance experience
- Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Overachieving attitude and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task conflicting priorities and stay accountable to agreed upon deadlines
- Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers, and clients
- Proficient with Broker Management Systems and MS Office Products (Applied Epic experience would be an asset)
- Other Industry designations (such as CAIB, CIP, CRM) would be considered an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
