Job Description
  • We are seeking experienced Underwriters to oversee and guide a team of underwriters, manage underwriting operations, and ensure the efficient execution of policies in line with our business objectives.
  • This role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, working directly with brokers and clients to assess risks, provide tailored coverage, and ensure exceptional service and client retention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and assess a wide range of commercial insurance risks within the Lloyd's market.
  • Evaluate risks, determine coverage options, and develop pricing strategies that align with market conditions.
  • Collaborate with brokers, clients, and Lloyd's syndicates to place policies and ensure optimal coverage.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy modifications to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of Lloyd's market operations, underwriting processes, and insurance products.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both with internal teams and external clients.
  • RIBO licensed or willing to obtain RIBO certification within 6 months.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing team.
