Building Automation Systems Specialist

Our company is growing and looking for a Building Automation Systems Specialist, entry level to experienced. The position is to provide project management, design, documentation, programming and commissioning for building automation systems and all aspects of controls design and implementation. This includes the production of CAD design drawings; related controls software; commissioning and trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical control systems; providing technical support, direction and training to controls personnel.

Applicants are to have the following:

- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio
- Experience with building automation systems
- Experience with HVAC mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; creativity; an orientation to detail
- Ability to work safely with hand and power tools and at heights on ladders
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and may be required to pass a drug test

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
