Experience Account Manager

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate the operations and execution of logístical components for each project
- Effectively manage Critical Path deadlines
- Responsibly manage and adhere to estimated program hours
- Manage program budget and execute within revenue objectives
- Prepare Budget Summary Update as required
- Produce bottom line client savings
- Proactively respond to client queries
- Manage supplier deliverables according to Communiqué standards
- Produce print collateral & signage requirements
- Graphic design direction and copy development
- Ensure accurateness of all print & copy prior to production
- Manage lists and deadlines with hotel partners
- Develop F&B recommendations for client Finalize Banquet Event Orders with hotels and/or venues
- Source gifting, awards and amenities including coordination of shipping
- Provide direction for on-site documentation including departure notices, activity and allergy confirmations, etc.
- Provide direction to Experience Coordinator on registration site builds as well as necessary project requirements
- Liaise with Air Specialist as required for air and ground transportation requirements
- Coordinate guest speaker & talent requirements including contract rider
- Develop and execute themed décor and entertainment
- Organize and/or attend operational site inspection
- Produce comprehensive Planning Document prior to travel
- Prepare for and conduct pre-conference meetings with staff and suppliers
- Provide leadership on-site and make sound decisions under pressure
- Identify opportunities to increase client activity and billing where appropriate
- Prepare accurate final reconciliation and resolve any supplier invoice issues
- Manage file accounting and administration including timely processing of supplier invoices and contract commitments
- Actively participate & contribute to progress meetings (internal & client)
- Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- A passion to successfully execute programs to client expectations, within budget and agreed upon timelines
- 4-7 years of event management, agency experience is a must
**EDUCATION**
- College or University Degree (preferably in Travel & Tourism)
- CMP or PMP (not required but is an asset)
- TICO Certified
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing skills
- Math skills are essential
- Additional Requirements: Creative and analytical thinker, works well with people, quick thinker, able to multi-task several projects and highly resourceful.
- French language an asset
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
