**About us**

Tuesdays Dry Cleaners is a full-service alteration, tailoring and eco-friendly dry cleaning shop located 2 blocks away from Metropolis at Metrotown Mall. We are looking for a confident and **experienced Tailor/Seamstress** to join our team

**Duties**:

- Perform alterations and repairs on garments, including hemming, sewing buttons, and replacing zippers
- Take measurements and fit garments to ensure proper sizing and fit for customers
- Consult with customers to understand their specific tailoring needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the finished product
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a tailor or seamstress is **required**:

- Basic math skills are necessary for taking measurements and making accurate alterations
- Strong attention to detail and precision in sewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and meet their tailoring needs

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
