Oui tu seras LA référence en termes de programmatique pour faire avancer la pratique dans l’industrie.

TON MANDAT

Véritable leader de la programmatique, tu seras la principale ressource de l’équipe d’activation numérique et même des clients, car tu maitrise l’ensemble des plateformes d’achat et l’écosystème numérique sur le bout des doigts.

Tu seras le point central en matière de programmatique. Tu seras appelé.e à offrir du soutien technique et partager ton expertise avec l’équipe. Ton rôle sera de conseiller, épauler et guider l’équipe afin d’éveiller des sujets. Tu auras à gérer les partenaires en améliorant la collaboration et en déterminant les « best practices ». Bref, tu seras le ou la leader de technologie programmatique.

Plus près de toi, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec ton/ta superviseur.e et le gestionnaire de plateforme dans le but de livrer le meilleur produit média qui soit.

Une diversité de clients qui te permettra de toucher à plusieurs industries dans différents marchés avec des clients tels que : BRP, Via Rail, PLQ et plusieurs autres.

Un portefeuille clients représentant des millions de dollars en investissement.

**AU QUOTIDIEN, tu**:
Exerceras un leadership en lien avec ta spécialité pour tout ce qui a trait à la performance des campagnes numériques ;
Seras constamment à l'affut des nouvelles tendances marketing actuelles, solutions technologiques et stratégies concurrentielles ;
Faciliteras l'innovation et le statu quo au sein des équipes avec pour intégrer la créativité dans les campagnes
Agiras en tant que consultant.e accessible pour le soutien technique et la recherche stratégique auprès des équipes
Identifieras les possibilités de formation pour améliorer les connaissances et les compétences de l’équipe en lien avec les meilleures pratiques d'achat, partage des best practice et des nouveautés
Comprendras l'environnement concurrentiel et les tendances de l'industrie pour déterminer et partager de nouvelles opportunités médias aux différentes équipes et clients
Aideras à la création de nouvelles présentations d’affaires,
Agiras en tant qu’expert.e de pratique auprès de client.e pour démocratiser/vulgariser tout concept technique et stratégique
Travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires vendeurs pour offrir des observations et des stratégies cohérentes de première qualité et être le point de contact principal en lien avec la spécialité.

**ON VEUT TE CONNAITRE si tu as**:
Diplôme post-secondaire en marketing, publicité, communication ou discipline connexe.
2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
De bonnes habiletés relationnelles et politiques ;
Un esprit créatif et innovateur ;
De bonne habiletés de négociation ;
Une rigueur et un souci du détail ;
Un esprit critique et analytique ;
Une bonne capacité de « coaching » ;
Une connaissance des médias numériques, des plateformes et outils divers.
