Vos responsabilités principaux

En tant que membre de l’équipe des ventes, vous serez responsable de:

- Fournir des renseignements sur le marché en temps opportun aux clients et d’aider à présenter des produits comme des solutions de négociation algorithmiques et quantitatives.
- Un portefeuille de clients et un territoire de vente vous seront attribués. Votre tâche consistera à élargir notre part de marché avec les clients existants, et à définir et à créer de nouvelles relations commerciales dans la région qui vous a été attribuée. Des déplacements sont requis.
- L’équipe des ventes peut accompagner les gestionnaires des relations afin d’acquérir de nouvelles affaires auprès de clients existants.
- Il est impératif que vous preniez l’initiative de respecter un plan de vente et d’atteindre vos objectifs de rendement en matière de ventes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les négociateurs de marché pour exécuter des opérations au comptant et de devises étrangères à terme.
- Collaborer avec les opérations, le service juridique, la gestion des risques et des relations pour harmoniser les occasions aux objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Tirer parti de la technologie et des données pour favoriser une croissance efficace de l’entreprise.
- Créer et maintenir un réseau de personnel de l’industrie; représenter State Street lors d’événements et de conférences pertinents de l’industrie.
- Connaître pleinement toutes les procédures, les pratiques exemplaires, les politiques de recours hiérarchique et les autres codes de conduite pertinents à l’exécution du rôle.

Profil académique et professionnel préféré
- Expérience avérée en matière de service à la clientèle et de présentation efficace.
- Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication.
- Capacité de travailler en équipe sous haute pression.
- Créativité, curiosité intellectuelle et capacité d’apprendre continuellement.
- Solides compétences en notions de calcul.
- Norme éthique élevée éprouvée.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise.

- Who we are looking for

Are you interested to work in a fast paced and highly dynamic sales and trading environment? Join a division that plays an important role in the success of State Street: the State Street Global Markets FX Sales and Trading desk. This position is part of the Canada FX Sales team and will have primary responsibility to distribute a diverse range of products to highly sophisticated institutional asset managers and owners. Join our team if you are up to the challenge of making your mark and operating in a high pressure and complex environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a sales person you will be responsible to provide timely market information to clients and help pitch products like algorithmic and quantitative trading solutions.
- You will be assigned a portfolio of clients as well as a sales territory, your task will be to expand our wallet share with existing clients and identify and develop new trading relationships in your assigned region. Travel is required.
- The sales team may accompany relationship managers in order to win new business from existing clients.
- It is imperative you take initiative to execute against a sales plan and achieve your sales performance goals
- Work closely with market traders to execute spot and forward FX transactions.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, risk and relationship management to align opportunities with corporate goals.
- Leverage technology and data to drive effective business growth.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry personnel, represent State Street at relevant industry events and conferences.
- Be fully aware of all procedures, best practices, escalation policies, and other codes of conduct relevant to the execution of the role.
