FX Sales - Account Executive, Montreal Summary: The FX Sales - Account Executive is responsible for planning and executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve the Region’s revenue targets.The primary focus of the FX Sales Account Executive is to sustain and grow the usage of the company’s services within their Region.This position requires the ability to analyze current environments, identify potential business opportunities, create a compelling business solution for prospects, and implement the solution and to generate revenue.Competitive base & variable compensationRRSP matching programCompetitive health benefits | Paid Holidays | Sick Days | Personal DaysJob Duties:Present the Company’s global payment solutions to corporations in CanadaAchieve your personal revenue/profit targets by prospecting and attracting new businessExpand the depth of our Client relationships with new business opportunities by leveraging your industry network to open up new opportunitiesEstablish our Online platform as the payment platform of choiceWork closely with the other Senior Leaders of the North American business to grow our overall presence, revenue and status as a highly respected service provider and an excellent place to work.Requirements:Bilingual (French and English) with a University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce or relatedA minimum of 3+ years’ experience in outside sales (B2B Financial Sales) Understanding of the Corporate Foreign Exchange process and flow of funds from the clientSolid understanding of Compliance as it relates to the Corporate Payments Industry; minimum 5+ years of experience in field or related industryProven track record of success within the mid to large size business environmentsUnderstanding and demonstrable success in “closing” businessAbility to identify, position and implement complex services to potential prospectsDemonstrated experience with Trading and Online Payment PlatformsManage the implementation process within the payments categoryFamiliarity with Salesforce.com is an assetProven success in winning new business and helping others “close” businessExemplary customer-facing skills with a focus on building new businessStrong communication skills – verbal and written with a particular strength in ManagingDemonstrated ability to manage Client relationships and help others improve their skillsAbility to develop and consistently apply follow-up techniquesTeam oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic work relationshipsAbility to develop profitable pricing strategiesSales ability (external and internal) with a focus on creating positive first impressionsDecision maker with organizational and time management skillsSelf motivator, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
