- Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents.

- Support office operations by performing clerical duties as required, such as photocopying and scanning documents.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with SVMA regulations.

**Qualifications**
- VOA certificate preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and proper scheduling.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortability around animals.
