**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
- Ensure accurate tracking of service appointments and manage changes or cancellations efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by address scheduling conflicts or customer concerns promptly, seeking solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in the database.
- Work closely with the Service Team, Field Technicians, and other departments to ensure timely service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in H-Vac or Automotive customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $25,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Language**:

- fluent English (required)
