What to Expect
- The Program Manager can juggle multiple projects at the same time, can work cross functionally with support partners and field teams to help us execute on multiple projects and initiatives. You will become the right hand to your executive, always preempting their needs, requirements and constantly being one step ahead of the game. You will have each day planned but also adjust their schedule in real time, handling urgent matters when they arise. Your goal is to support and optimize the executive based on the needs of the company and own tasks and projects that allow them to use their time in the most productive way possible, while always maintaining confidentiality, integrity & professionalism. This role is incredibly fast paced, making what seems impossible, possible. Beyond that, you will handle impactful projects and become deeply involved in the business. What You’ll Do
- Detailed scheduling and calendar management for multiple leaders. You must be able to justify each minute of time spend based on the criticality to the business while weighing them against all other competing priorities and ensure the quarterly calendar is run efficiently and effectively
- Active listening and communication: Take notes during confidential meetings, synthesize outcomes and distribute to teams, follow up with interfacing teams to ensure completion of previously agreed action items. Managing sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
- Develop and implement detailed and accurate reports for the business and management team, providing visibility into performance against key business objectives and to support business decisions
- Cross functional collaboration with HQ Teams, Field teams, and Territory leaders. Liaise between the business, training, recruiting, Sales/Delivery, and Operations Program Teams to identify business needs and provide feedback, as needed
- Event planning for large team meetings and all-hands. Assist with set up logistics for summits, team events and calls
- Create, manage and implement strategic projects in order to drive territory performance metrics
- Expense administration and travel booking through Concur. Other responsibilities as required in support of the Tesla mission
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to prioritize shifting priorities, multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Resourceful, with courage to question the status quo and speak up if you recognize an opportunity to improve. Dedicated and ethical approach to business operations
- Analytical mindset. Ability to ask structured questions and quantify impact. Ability quickly ingest new data in unfamilar formats, draw out insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships acting as a well-respected, trusted partner with whom others want to work.
- Expert in Tesla systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel across the country, as needed. Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying
