About the Position

Scotty Bons Caribbean Grill, a fast-growing quick-service restaurant specializing in delicious Caribbean cuisine, is looking for a **self-driven and creative Social Media Content Creator** to take full ownership of our online presence. As we continue to grow, we're seeking someone who can not only execute but also **own** our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

If you’re passionate about food, social media, and trends, this is an exciting opportunity for you to **shape the voice and presence of Scotty Bons** online. You’ll be responsible for every aspect of our social media—from content creation to strategy, trendspotting, audience engagement, and everything in between.

We’re looking for someone who can make Scotty Bons stand out in the competitive food scene by **capturing our brand’s essence in creative and visually stunning ways** that resonate with our target demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Social Media Strategy**: Take full ownership of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- **Create Captivating Content**: Develop and produce high-quality, creative content that includes graphics, photos, videos, reels, and written posts. Content should align with Scotty Bons' brand identity and cater to our audience’s tastes, humor, and lifestyle.
- **Trendspotting & Trendjacking**: Stay on top of social media trends—especially TikTok—and leverage those trends to keep Scotty Bons relevant and innovative. Adapt viral trends to fit our brand and create shareable, attention-grabbing content.
- **Engage & Build Community**: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across social platforms. Create a sense of community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content (UGC).
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Regularly track and analyze the performance of all social media content. Use insights to continuously improve and adjust strategies, ensuring maximum engagement and growth.
- **Brand Growth & Visibility**: Develop campaigns that elevate the Scotty Bons brand, increase visibility, and differentiate us from competitors. This includes running creative contests, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers.
- **Create & Execute Video Content**: Produce engaging videos, including scripts, filming, editing, and casting, to create unique and viral-worthy content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- **Inspire Action**: Drive followers to take meaningful actions—whether that’s visiting the restaurant, ordering online, or engaging with Scotty Bons content. Be proactive in identifying ways to convert digital engagement into real-world results.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Proven Experience**: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), preferably for a brand or in the food industry.
- **Creative & Trend-Savvy**: A passion for creating innovative, visually appealing content that resonates with younger audiences and food lovers. A deep understanding of TikTok trends, Instagram aesthetics, and what works for your target demographic.
- **Strong Writing & Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication with a strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across posts.
- **Independent & Proactive**: Ability to handle all aspects of social media independently—content creation, strategy, execution, community management, and analytics.
- **Data-Driven**: Comfortable analyzing social media performance data and using those insights to improve strategy and drive growth.
- **Bonus Skills**: Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software (i.e., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) is a plus, but not required.
- **Passion for Food & Brand Loyalty**: A love for food and a strong enthusiasm for Scotty Bons Caribbean Grill. You’ll need to understand and reflect the essence of our brand in every post.
