Dynacare is currently looking for a
**Contract Coordinator** to join the Workplace Health, Wellness and Toxicology team. This role will be 100% work from home. This is a full-time day shift (37.5 hours/week) for
**6**
**-month**
**contract**
**position**.
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Contract Coordinator will be required to handle administrative duties as assigned related to contracts (i.e., contract preparation, revisions, amendments, logging executed contracts) while effectively communicating and maintaining rapport internally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare contracts, revisions and amendments using templates provided and coordinate approval process
- Maintain a daily contract log to track status of contracts under review
- Deliver on commitments while working on multiple contracts concurrently
- Accurately completing required data entry
- Ensure effective, courteous and customer-centric communication with all internal colleagues
- Liaise with all departments to assist in effective resolution of inquiries
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of secondary-school level education
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Technical Skills
- Full proficiency with MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and politely in English (verbally and in writing)
Social Process Skills
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to succeed in a collaborative working environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize in a results-driven, time sensitive function
- Ability to perform under pressure with competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
