We are looking to add a full time Parts Clerk to our ever growing business We are looking for a motivated individual who loves a challenge, problem solving and working as part of a team.

Duties will include:

- Advise customers in person, over the phone and on-line in a timely manner about our parts and accessories
- Work with technicians, making sure their parts needs are being met.
- Sourcing specific parts; both OEM and after-market.
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Identify, label and catalogue items received
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Creating, completing and checking work orders
- Data entry and inventory management
- Collect and post payments (debit, credit cards, cash)
- Estimate inventory needs with consideration given to factors such as season, units sold, turnover rates, customer needs, etc.

Qualifications:

- Good organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Effective communication skills
- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 20kg (45lb)
- Computer skills
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- First Aid/WHIMIS (training available)
- Fork lift operator certificate, is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.20-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Work Location: In person
