- Knowledge of Broker Wolf Real Estate software program an asset, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher would be assets
- knowledge of Real Estate for inputting/checking listings
- Proficient in Accounting to do payables,receivables,payroll.
- Monthly advertising in Newspaper publications
- Excellent Record keeping skills re; diarizing all important dates including taxes, utility, all government payments
- Good Communication skills, phone manners, deaing with clients, agents, lawyers etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Office is cleaned weekly, sanitizing station set up.

- Tillsonburg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
