**Real Estate Administrative Assistant**
**We are currently hiring for a full-time position on The Galvin Team Realty, Peterborough, ON.**
**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a person who is energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. We are looking for someone who is organized, detailed oriented, and can work efficiently. We are looking for someone who can multitask and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**What you will be doing**:
- Answers incoming calls and transfer as needed.
- Sends documents to front desk staff.
- Assists with the teams daily schedules.
- Communicate with the office manager regarding any issues that need attention.
- Assist with the daily tasks for properties, including preparing closings, filing documents, and managing the calendar.
- Manage MLS listings by updating neccesary information and reviewing for accuracy.
- Prepare files for listings by entering information into necessary documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and uploading files to listing.

- Schedule inspections and imaging for properties.
- Coordinating installation/removal of signs and lockboxes.
- Update client information and client data base usuing Top Producer.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
- Maintain communication with clients ensuring all required documents are collected and completed correctly.
- Maintain office standards such as cleanliness and organization including housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
