- Your main responsibilities and areas of immediate focus and expertise are:_
- In this important role, your primary function will focus on marketing strategies in generating leads, marketing projects, completing reports and presentations, Supporting the Sales Team as required and administrative tasks supporting the President with research, scheduling and coordinating marketing initiatives and calendar management
- Liaise with our PR firm to manage our social media presence including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Google My Business accounts posts and maintenance
- Promote products and services through various communication mediums
- Work with potential clients over the phone, and passing on leads to the sales team
- Assist the sales team with prospecting for new leads
- Weekly and monthly KPI reporting to be presented to the CEO, sales and production teams
- Assist in the coordination and designs of sales promotions for our e-commerce sites
- The skills and requirements for this position:_
- Previous marketing experience combined with a College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Skilled at working with social media (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn etc.)
- Together with Marketing (PR Firm) Maintain company website content and edits using WordPress
- Content writing experience e.g. blog posts and web content
- You are organized and highly proficient with MS Office, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong project management capabilities
- Hubspot CRM knowledge is an asset.

**This is an on-site full-time opportunity Monday to Friday.**
