OBJECTIF
Notre équipe de Service à la clientèle est le chaînon qui solidifie le lien entre nos consommateurs et la marque CCM. En relation constante avec les consommateurs, notre objectif est de faire vivre une expérience de qualité avec la marque. Relevant du Superviseur, Service à la clientèle, le/la Représentant(e) utilise sa grande capacité d’écoute et sa créativité afin de résoudre les problèmes des consommateurs tout en dépassant les attentes afin de fournir un excellent service.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Traiter les demandes de réclamations: analyser l’admissibilité des garanties, livraisons partielles, écarts de prix analyser et assurer un suivi lors du remplacement de produits, etc. ;
- Gérer de façon proactive le portail de garanties afin de s’assurer que les commandes soient exactes et livrées à temps;
- Répondre aux appels et courriels de consommateurs;
- Conseiller les consommateurs dans leur choix de produits;
- Résoudre promptement les problématiques clients;
- Communiquer et effectuer les suivis lorsque requis avec le centre de distribution, et les départements des achats, de produits, du trafic et des douanes.
QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES
- Diplôme collégial en administration ou discipline connexe;
- Un minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience;
- Expérience en vente au détail - contact direct avec les consommateurs, un atout important;
- Excellente connaissance de la suite MS Office, en particulier Excel;
- Habileté à offrir un service à la clientèle supérieure;
- Fortes habiletés de communication au téléphone et par courriel;
- Capacité à apporter des solutions et à résoudre des problématiques;
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais).
