Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm
We are seeking a highly dedicated staff manager / medical receptionist to join our group and oversee our team of employees that supports five family medicine practices. Staff manager job responsibilities include interviewing & hiring employees, providing regular engagement & feedback, completing periodic performance reviews, recognizing gaps in skills & offering guidance to improve staff performance, supporting retention & team building, managing physician & staff schedules, monitor staff training and ensuring workplace health and safety. Medical receptionist job responsibilities include answering a multi telephone line system, scheduling appointments, accurately recording & relaying information, greeting & checking in patients, scanning and clerical duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Work experience as a staff manager or another similar role overseeing five or more employees is required. High school graduation certificate.
